Please note that all sales of study materials are final, and we do not offer refunds for any purchased content. However, we do offer an exchange option under specific circumstances.

Exchange Policy


While refunds are not available, we allow exchanges of study materials within 7 days of purchase in the following cases:

1.Non-delivery of the study material: If you did not receive the study material after purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.


2.Incorrect or defective files: If the study material you received is defective, corrupted, or you were sent the wrong file, and we are unable to fix or replace it with the correct version.
In such cases, we will exchange the material for an equivalent product or a corrected version of the original item.

How to Request an Exchange

b.A detailed description of the issue
c.Screenshots or supporting evidence (if applicable)


Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible

 

Non-Exchangeable Situations


We do not allow exchanges in the following cases:

a.Changing your mind after purchase
b.Accidental or duplicate purchases
c.Failure to understand the study material’s content, format, or its compatibility with your device
