"About the author" - ANSWER-Asks about author's attitudes,
thoughts, and opinions
-Pay attention to context clues
-Answer will not be displayed explicitly but conveyed in the overall
message
"Passage facts" - ANSWER-Distinguish between facts and opinions
-Identify information supplied by author
"Additional information" - ANSWER-Look for what kind of
information could be added or missing from passage
-Asks what direction the passage was going
-Asks what statement could be added to strengthen/weaken the
author's statement
-Provide fill in the blank option to include a statement that is missing
(but fits) with the passage
